We are seeking motivated and responsible associates to join our hotel real estate consultancy teams at HVS Guangzhou. You will be working on hotel development projects located in the Greater China markets. Appropriate training will be provided and ensuing career progression for the suitable candidates.

? University Degree in hospitality or real estate disciplines
? Excellent analytical, written and presentation skills
? Ability to perform financial calculations
? Proficient in both spoken and written Mandarin and English
? Working experience in hotel or real estate consultancy in China an advantage
? High integrity, self-starter and responsible nature
? Team player, result-oriented and willingness to travel as part of the job
