职位描述

Responsibilities:
1. A first contact person and facilitator for all people related activities and issues for the China headquarter office functions.
2. Play the role of an in-house consultant to line managers on all people related programs or activities, performance management, organization design or re-mapping, talent review, succession planning, employee relationship, team or individual motivation, employee retention, communication, Engagement Survey, etc.
3. Oversees the organization's performance management efforts to ensure that an environment exists that continually challenges and motivates all employees to strive for higher levels of performance and contributions.
4. Ensure the communication is smooth and adequate throughout the organization.
5. Create open communication environment and channels to capture associates suggestions and ideas, facilitate continuous improvement efforts on working processes and procedures optimization. Create ownership, commitment and engagement across the organization.
6. Key facilitator of company Engagement Survey program. Ensure quality of the survey and the follow-up activities. Ensure full understanding and ownership of the line managers and proper actions are taken to address associates concerns. Keep the managers and associates posted the survey results and improvement actions progress.
7. Maintain contacts with managers, supervisors and associates through routinely spending time with them, informal discussions, answering individual inquiries, and resolving personal and job related problems.
8. Provide support to line managers on employee relationship related issues, performance improvement process, employee questions and complains, etc.
9. Coordinate and keep related management team timely informed in case of labor arbitration or public related issues.
10.Evaluate the effectiveness and quality of HR services on an ongoing basis, identify and recommend initiatives to improve service effectiveness and quality.
11.Performs other assignments or projects as requested by the HR Manager on the need basis.


Requirements:
1. This position requires a bachelor degree in human resources or related field, along with at least 8 years of experience in the Human Resources/Personnel function and 3 years' managerial experience.
2. The incumbent must be people-oriented, proactive, communicative, a good counselor and team player. In addition, solid leadership, managerial, analytical and interpersonal skills are required.

3. Fluent English both in oral and written is a must.
