Responsibilities:
Design, maintain training policy and procedure
Lead training operation process, including training needs integration, training master plan setting, training process management, training record maintain.
Training budget keeper
Lead or coordinate other L&D development related program
Serve as a shared trainer for training programs

Requirements:
3 plus years HR working experience, learning & development related is preferred
Bachelor's degree is required
Fluent in English and mandarin
Basic facilitation skill
Be good at driving for result, planning, learning agility, customer oriented, and peer relation
