Job Title : 职位名称 : Product/Marketing manager

You will be managing the development of an innovative new brand of products related to faucets and bathroom appliances and accessories. This will cover different aspects of the product launch, notably marketing aspects (development of sales tools (catalogue, website …) and promotion of the brand image and products through fairs and web marketing) and follow-up of sales.

Main Functions: 主要职责
The missions of the product/marketing manager include:
Marketing activities:
? Manage creation of sales tools (catalogue, website, packaging, sales presentations, samples …) for promotion of the products.
? Organisation of promotion of the brand/products through professional fairs (local and international).
? Identify sales prospects and interesting contacts to develop sales (BtB or BTC).
? Organize and update market studies to ensure high level knowledge of markets.
? Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
Human:
? Build your team when the needs arise (sales person, administrative assistants, etc).
Additional responsibilities
? Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications 资格条件
? International sales and marketing experience ((more than 2 years working experience, in faucets/ bathroom accessories industry a big plus).
? Online marketing and sales knowledge is an asset.
? Creative, Hard working.
? Entrepreneurial spirit, organizational and planning skills, able to manage priorities, set up and respect deadlines.
? Team player with a sense of initiative, able to work autonomously.
? Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
? Work can require significant local and/or national and/or international travel to current and potential clients.
? Specialized knowledge and skills: fluent written and spoken English, knowledge of Spanish or French will be a plus.
? Proficient in Microsoft office, Apple computer skills welcome, Basic html and web skills.

Nationality
Chinese national welcome (preferred).

Salary and start
To be discussed depending on profile and experience.
Start : December 2012 – January 2013
