岗位职责：

1.建立、完善管理工作，完善部门规章制度；

2.与政府相关部门配合，做好罗浮宫家居艺术中心的防火、防盗、防破坏、防治安灾害的综合治理工作；

3.保证商场日常安全运营，定期进行管理培训工作；

4.配合消防设施维保单位，保证相关设备的正常运行；

5.按要求完成公司布置的各项工作，包括年度预算、工作计划与总结、培训计划等；

6.配合消防设施维保单位，保证相关设备的正常运行。

任职要求：

1.28-40岁，大专或以上学历，有3-5年以上高端大型商场、酒店、写字楼或综合性物业等的治安、消防管理工作经验；

2.身高173cm以上，形象良好，组织性、纪律性、原则性强；

3.善于发现问题并能主动解决问题，具备处理突发性事件能力。
