Job Summary:

1. Lead & execute general HR activities in JV company, including talent acquisition, learning & development, performance management, payroll & people engagement etc.
2. Execute Administration management in JV company, including: shuttle bus, canteen, cleaning, office supplies purchase and vendors management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead & execute general HR activities in JV company, including talent acquisition, learning & development, performance management & people engagement etc.
2. Support the onboarding and exit procedure, ensure all HR related document are archived in the employee P-file.
3. Conduct payroll to ensure the accuracy and on-time payment.
4. Be responsible for leave & attendance management for JV employees.
5. Organize engagement activities in plant.
6. Execute Administration management, including: shuttle bus, canteen, cleaning, office supplies purchase and vendors management etc.
7. Others projects or assignments by the line manager.

Key Capabilities

Education & Experience:

1. Bachelor degree in HR or any disciplines
2. 3+ year related HR experiences in multinational companies, JV experience is preference.
3. Familiar with Labor Contract Law

1. Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
2. Good Mandarin and English communication skills
3. Analytical and able to handle complexity
4. Mature, dynamic and integrity
