Requirements:

a. Holder of a bachelor degree and above;

b. Fluent English speaking/writing;

c. At least ten years of work experience in a well-known garment enterprise; at least five years of work 　

　 experience as General Manager in a garment company;

d. Familiar with the condition of the domestic clothing industry; aware of sales channels, price policies

and market rules of the garment market; rich experience in customer management;

e. Capability of integrated management; experience in various aspects of the clothing industry, including R & D,

technology, production, business expansion and operation & management.

f. Honest/upright, and affable．

Responsibility:

a. Presiding over the daily operation and management of the company in an all-round way under the leadership

of the Board Chairman;

b. Responsible for developing new factories and negotiating the prices of relevant orders with factories;

c. Organizing and supervising the implementation of various programs and plans of the company;

d. Leading such tasks as market exploration and internal operation; fulfilling the annual performance objective

of operation & management.

要求：
a. 本科以上学历；
b.英文说/写流利 ；
c 十年以上知名服装企业管理工作经验，五年以上服装公司总经理经验；
d.熟悉国内服装行业情况，了解服装市场的销售渠道、价格政策、市场规则，拥有丰富的客户管理经验；
e.具备综合管理能力，有研发、技术、生产、业务拓展、运营管理等相关服装行业经验。
f.诚实/正直，有亲和力．

职责：
a. 在董事长领导下，全面主持公司日常经营管理工作；
b.负责开发新工厂、和工厂谈相关订单的价钱；
c. 组织、监督公司各项规划和计划的实施；
d. 领导开拓市场、内部运营等工作任务，完成年度经营管理业绩目标；
