- 协助全国人事经理开展广州地区的人力资源工作；
- 负责EHR系统的信息录入、更新和维护管理工作；
- 负责员工劳动合同的签订、变更和解除工作；
- 负责员工的录用、社保等各项手续的办理工作；
- 负责员工的薪资核算工作；
- 组织协调年度绩效评估工作的开展；
- 负责员工的考勤及假期管理；
- 保持与政府部门的协调与联系，处理好员工投诉和劳动仲裁；
- 员工活动的组织、策划和安排；
- 完成上级布置的其他工作。

任职要求：
- 大专以上学历；
- 具有3年以上HR各模块工作经验，有人力资源实务操作经验者优先；
- 熟悉社保办理流程；
- 熟悉国家劳动人事政策、法规；
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作精神；
- 工作责任心强，肯吃苦耐劳；
- 熟练使用各类办公软件。
