1. 制定并负责执行当地市场推广计划；
2. 针对不同产品或服务的特点来落实市场推广方案 ，并对结果负责；
3. 关注同行业动态并能有敏锐的判断，并能采取有效有段对应变化；
4. 媒体资源的谈判及整合能力；
5. 控制及使用预算，合理分配资源使用；
6. 独立完成直属经理安排的其他工作等。

任职资格
1. 本科以上学历；
2. 市场推广相关工作4年以上；管理经验2年以上；
3. 熟悉互联网运作，熟练掌握Office等办公软件；
4. 具有良好的团队管理能力、应变能力及协作沟通能力；
5. 具有良好的敬业精神，有较强的创新意识，能够在较大压力下工作；
6. 熟悉网络环境，能够整合网络线上线下资源，具备综合能力，善于发现热点。
