• Position: Quality Assurance (QA)
  Job Responsibilities
  § Conduct the pre-shipment inspection. Fill in inspection report.
  § Work with the manufacture to follow up the corrections and preventions for the quality issues.
  § Analyze the customer complaints then follow up improvement; ensure prompt corrective actions are taken.
  § Implement the continuous quality improvement. Manage supplier corrective action plans and verify implementation.
  § Engineering Change Verification in Mass Production
  § Provide Support & Direction to Supplier QC Staff.
  § Carry out the assignments by Quality Supervisor.
  Qualification:
  § At least 3 years working experience. Major in Mechanical / quality management is preferred.
  § Experience on toys industry. Be familiar with toy standards or regulations, like ASTM F963 / EN-71 / CPSIA / CHPA, etc.
  § Experience on manufacturing / surface treatment / plastic material is required.
  § Good level of English both in writing and speaking
  § Must have experience with MS Office platforms (Excel, Word, etc.)
  § Meticulous, have patience and high sense of responsibility to carry out her job duties；
  § Positive attitude and well organized. Must have high work motivation and be capable of independent work and willing to travel.
  § Good communication skills.

工作职责：
§ 进行出货检验，填写检验报告。
§ 与工厂配合，跟踪质量问题的改进方案和预防措施。
§ 处理客户投诉，确保相关部门及时采取改进措施。
§ 执行质量的持续改进。管理供应商的改善计划并验证执行。
§ 工程变更的实施验证。
§ 为供应商QC人员提供指导。
§ 执行质量主管安排的其它任务。
职位要求:
§ 至少三年工作经验。机械和质量管理专业优先。
§ 有玩具行业工作经验。熟悉玩具法规和规范，比如ASTM F963 / EN-71 / CPSIA / CHPA.
§ 在机械制造、表面处理以及塑胶材料方面具有相关工作经验。
§ 良好的英文书写及口语能力。
§ 良好的电脑应用水平；熟练应用MS Office。
§ 做事细心，耐心，具有高度的责任心。
§ 工作态度积极，良好的组织能力。具有很高的工作热情，独立工作，愿意出差。
§ 良好的沟通能力
