Job Purpose:
To execute P&O effectiveness projects and initiatives in Asia to support overall Global P&O strategy as well as Regional/Unit P&O priorities. This is specifically through increasing P&O Effectiveness via streamlining key people processes such as Talent Pipeline management, and increasing efficiency in providing quality services to our associates through e-HR systems.
This role is required to lead new project implementations and provide on-going functional support after rollout.

Job Responsibilities:
1.   Provide Functional Support (systems & processes) to Asia Country Experts:
3   CHRIS core & CHRIS Satellite systems (eg. Associate Search, OrgChart)
3   Mpower Associate Portal
3   Talent Management System
3   MyLearning (Learning Management System)
3   Other new P&O systems to be deployed in future
Key areas of responsibilities include:
§  Provide ongoing Functional Support & Training to Country Experts so that units are able to use these systems as efficiently and effectively as possible
§  Initiate ongoing reviews on system effectiveness & usage eg. Audits with CHRIS Country Experts to ensure data integrity is maintained through effective CHRIS processes. Recommend process changes where required.
§  Provide support on Global/Regional P&O processes (eg. Asia MDR, Global P&O Metrics Reporting, etc)
§  Represent Asia on global platform by working closely with global team to meet Asia-specific needs. Attend global meetings (TC/VC) as required.
§  Participate, co-ordinate and sign off on behalf of Asia on Global testing programmes (eg. CHRIS CIP & Quarterly Integration Testing, and any new system testing.
§  Share best practice from other regions, and promote best practice within the region
2. Act as Regional Project Lead to implement new P&O systems or effectiveness processes
New system roll outs or P&O effectiveness initiatives may be assigned to this role to lead the implementation in Asia. Projects may be rolled out to single pilot country or to multiple countries simultaneously.
The key responsibilities are:
§  Attend functional training provided by Global Expert to obtain knowledge of new process & system
§  Provide training to Country Expert(s) so that they are able to use the system as required. Where necessary, providing customised training material to suit Asia needs.
§  Develop and manage project timeline, milestone & tasks with Country representative(s) to deliver on time implementation
§  Review P&O processes related to the e-hr system to be implemented to ensure the process is aligned and support the new system. Recommend process changes/improvements where necessary.
§  Work closely with Global Functional Expert and IS Support teams (where necessary) to convey Asia specific needs, and to identify/manage issues arising.
§  Provide launch communication and activities suggestions

Experience and Competencies required to be successful in the role:
§  Strong project management skills to lead multi-project implementation, requirements gathering and system support processes.
§  Strong Analytical and Process Harmonisation skills
§  Facilitation Skills
§  Ability to communicate in English fluently (written and spoken)
§  Able to travel 10% of the time within Asia
§  Previous experience in regional support role would be an advantage
