Job Purpose:
To execute AP RBST Customer Solution effectiveness projects and initiatives in Asia Pacific to support overall Global Sales and Customer Solution Strategy as well as Regional Sales and Customer Solution priorities. This is specifically through increasing customer solution Effectiveness via streamlining key sales processes such as Retail Execution, Sales Force Automation, Distributor Management System, Trade Promotion Management/Optimization. Also provide reliable solution service to internal customer.
This role is required to lead new project implementations and provide on-going functional support after rollout via vendor or internal resource.

3 AP TPM/TPO Project Opportunities Identification/Project Proposal
3 AP TPM/TPO Project Project Management/Delivery
3 AP TPM/TPO Solution Service Design/Delivery

Key areas of responsibilities include:
§ Connect with BU FE and business client to understand real business requirement, like consolidate business TPM/TPO related requirements, identify business opportunities, define TPM/TPO roadmap with business and account management together.
§ Evaluate the right solution for each BU in AP, Based on project driver and successful criteria, propose the right solution based on solution portfolio.
§ Initiate and manage TPM/TPO related project to enable successful business results, like project initiation meeting, project management with CPS, project steering team meeting, project internal communication, work with internal/external resource to deliver the project.
§ Manage solution sustainable value/results for each BU (eg. service structure establishment, SLA delivery, service communication)

Experience and Competencies required to be successful in the role:
n Strong project management skills to lead multi-priorities implementation, requirements gathering and system support processes.
n Strong Analytical and Process Harmonisation skills
n Service Management
n Ability to communicate in English fluently (written and spoken)
n Able to travel 20% of the time within AP
n Previous experience in regional support role would be an advantage
