职位描述
Responsibilities:
· Prepare training manual and conduct training to new hires
· Provide mentorship to new hires with a strong focus on service, sales & service management and people management
· Coach, develop and motivate new hires to be proficient in providing superior customer service
· Monitor the productivity, performance and the discipline of the new hires
· Assist in implement and monitor NPS Program to enhance service quality
· Ensure the safety and security of both customers' and the bank's asset by applying and complying with established policies and procedures, and all regulatory requirements
· Facilitate recruitment activities to identify suitable candidates
· Facilitate Staff Development and Retention Plan
· Conduct service-related training
Requirements:
· College graduate with at least 3 years relevant experiences, of which 1 year on supervisory level
· Fluent in spoken English/Cantonese/Putonghua
· Strong interpersonal and motivation skills. Previous experience in customer services sector a plus
· Strong in organizing training/development seminars as well as communication skills
· Independent, self-motivated and good team player
