职位描述
Responsibilities:
· Work with Compliance & Control Unit to ensure that a Self-Assessment Program is established for the Business Unit incorporating all applicable corporate/regional/country policies and procedures, relevant local and US laws/regulations, Regional Standardized SA Programs and relevant Audit checklist. The Program is kept current.
· Immediately report any compliance and control concerns and issues to Department Head
· Effectively communicate all relevant compliance and/or control updates to all staff in the Unit on a periodic and ad-hoc basis.
· Ensure that all staff in the Unit has been through the basic compliance and/or control training programs and training records are properly maintained. Conduct periodic compliance and/or control training to Unit staff and maintain training records.
· Ensure that the self-testing process is robust and continuous and that testing is properly documented and the necessary forms are completed.
· Ensure that operating procedures are in place to meet all compliance requirements.
· Make available at all times the corporate policies/information for staff review / referral so as to ensure that issues can be identified and procedures followed on a day-to-day basis.
Requirements:
· College graduate with at least 3 years relevant experiences, of which 2 years on supervisory level. Previous experience in processing units will be a plus.
· Good command of both spoken and written English, Putonghua as well.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Comprehensive knowledge of compliance & control procedures
· Independent, hardworking, self-motivated and good team player
