I.     Job Responsibilities

工作职责

1. Handling related files work, such as: file management, printing, categorizing, retrieving, updating, storing and scanning;

处理相关文件工作，如：文件管理，打印，归类，检索，更新，存储和扫描等；

2. Receive pre-sales consultations for online and telephone calls to assist in the sale of relevant information and needs of customers;

对线上及电话的售前咨询进行初步接待，协助销售了解客户的相关信息及需求；

3.Provide assistance to the business and financial of the project.

对项目商务及财务部分提供辅助和支持。

4. Check the project report and activity report, responsible for project payment, invoice, reimbursement, and quotation;

检查项目报告和活动报告，负责项目付款、发票、报销、报价；

5. Responsible for the routine maintenance of the office area;

负责完成办公区域日常维护工作；

6. Responsible for handling other administrative tasks assigned by the general manager and project manager;

负责处理总经理及项目经理分配的其他行政类工作；

I.     Job Requirements

职位要求

1.Bachelor degree or above, no restraint for major;

本科及以上学历，专业不限；

2. English level 4 or above, with certain literacy skills;

英语四级以上，具备一定的读写能力；

 3. Strong learning ability, excellent organization and coordination skills;

较强的学习能力，优秀的组织和协调能力；

4. Have a good sense of service and teamwork spirit;

具备良好的服务意识和团队合作精神；
