Preferred Education and Experience:

  

• Human resources, foreign language, business administration majors are available;

  人力资源、外语、工商管理专业；

• Good computer skills especially for Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PPT)

  良好的电脑技能，特别是Office软件(Word, Excel, PPT)；

• Good people skills and communication ability

  有较强的人际交往及沟通能力；

• Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing

  具有良好的英语听说读写能力；

• Required for students of the class of 2021 and ensure can be on duty more than 3 days a week

  要求为2021届在校生并需要工作日至少3天以上出勤；

• HR internship is preferred

Duties include, but not limited to, the following:

  

• Responsible for hotel arranging, air tickets booking and transport arranging.

  负责酒店安排、机票预定以及交通安排等行政工作；

• Manage admin suppliers.

  行政供应商的管理；

• Support the company activities.

  协助公司活动的策划与执行；

• Assist recruitment, entry and exit, training and other related work；

  协助处理招聘、员工入离职、培训等相关工作；

• Other tasks assigned by head of department.

  部门领导交办的其他工作。
