POSITION SUMMARY
职位概要

Works with Design Engineering, Quality, Purchasing and Manufacturing; supplying technical leadership to support of Zebra products. Responsible for maintaining mechanical products, replacing end of life components, supporting mfg and supplier’s issues as they arise to ensure operational goals and supply chain requirements are met.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
岗位职责:

· Provides problem solving leadership and comprehensive root cause analysis.
对问题产生的根源提进行全面分析并主动提供有效的解决方案。

· Work with vendors to select technologies and generates specifications.
与供应商共同选择相应的技术及生成规格。

· Construct and test feasibility models, prototypes, and pre-production units.
构建和测试可行性模型，原型和试产单位。

· Preform product and component tolerance analyses.
执行瓶坯产品和元件容差分析。

· Create designs, documents and drawings per procedures.
为每个程序的构建设计文件和图纸。

· Support other groups, departments and divisions with investigation, inspection, and development of fixtures, assembly techniques, and inspection techniques necessary to manufacture.
为其他部门在问题调查，开发夹具，组装技术，检测与制造相关的技术提供支持。

· Investigate problems, develop solutions and initiate Engineering Change Orders.
调查问题，制定解决方案，并启动工程变更单。

· Identify relevent technologies to facilitate maintenance, enhancement of existing and new designes.

· Accurately estimate time to complete tasks. Complete all tasks to schedule in a timely manner.

· Maintain the necessary knowledge and understanding of system or subsystem for which maintenance responsibility is assigned.
维护系统或子系统的维护责任分配必要的知识和了解。

· Prepare system specifications and/or sub specification or evaluate such specifications.
准备系统规格或子规范或评估各项规格。

· Prepare written documentation, reports, and memoranda, or other data relative to assignments of a quality suitable for dissemination.
准备书面文件，报告，备忘录或其他有关适合质量传播的转让的数据。

· Give presentations regarding system technical performance, operation, or troubleshooting as required.
按需求对系统技术性能，运行操作，故障排查等提供演示。

· Support development, evaluation, revision, and/or refinement of design techniques, standards and other tools.
为开发，评估，修订，或设计技术，标准和其他工具的改进提供支持。

· Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
最低学历，工作经验及技能要求


§ Education BS in Engineering, Mechanical preferred
§学历要求 机械工程学士学位首选
§ Experience 5-8 years design experience
§工作经验 5-8年的设计经验
Fluent with CAD design tools, Pro-E is a must
熟练使用CAD设计工具，必须懂得PRO-E

Project Management experience
具有项目管理经验

Sheet metal and die cast part design
钣金和压铸零件设计

Microsoft Tools experience, Word,Excel,Project
熟练使用微软工具,Word，Excel和Project

Familiarity with electro-mechanical design packaging.
熟悉机电设计包装。

Familiarity with Injection molding, forming, casting and powered metal fabrication processes.
熟悉注塑，成型，铸造和金属制造工艺供电流程。

§ Other requirements Excellent written / oral English communication skills.
§其他要求 优秀的英语书面/口头沟通技巧。
