1、全面负责公司面辅料、配件、半成品、成品的品质过程管理与监控工作；

2、制定公司品质控制的制度和程序，并审核、控制品质控制文件。

3、建立、实施公司品质控制管理体制，检查与监督品质控制记录；

4、实施品质控制管理工作的计划、组织、培训、控制等工作；

5、负责成衣质量监控抽检和面辅料特性检验；

6、负责退返不合格品的确认、评审、判定及追溯；

7、对生产过程检验的关键点进行有效控制，对长期存在得质量隐患提出书面建议同生产厂共同制定解决方法；

岗位要求：

1、5年以上工作经验，3年以上QA/QC工作经验；

2、熟悉服装缝制工艺，面/辅料特性，纸样结构及品质管控体系；

3、精通服装行业产品质量规范与生产标准，熟悉各类技术特点与生产流程；

4、计划性和品质管理意识强，具有良好的统筹组织和协调沟通能力；

5、工作态度严谨，工作认真，坚持原则，有责任心；

6、英语能力者优先。
