1.设备日常运行状态监察、点检，保证设备处于安全良好的状态。

2.对设备进行预防性维护，降低故障发生率。  

3.及时排除设备故障，降低停机时间。  

4.制作简单的机械配件，降低维修成本。  

5.根据需要进行设备改造。  

6.保养备件，确保备件处于良好的储存状态。  

7.维修建筑附属设施。

任职资格：

1. ***，机电专业中专以上学历；  

2. 1年以上自动化设备维护工作经验；  

3 .熟悉PLC控制原理及操作；  

4. 熟练运用电气、机械、液压、气动系统知识解决现场问题并持续改进；  

5. 有机加工，钳工工作经验。   

7.可以适应倒班。
