岗位职责：

负责审核项目机电专业（空调、强电等）施工图纸并进行优化，提出专业建议。协调机电施工单位与其它施工单位工作，确保项目机电施工按计划完成。

岗位要求：

1、建筑环境与设备、通风空调工程或建筑电气工程等相关专业，本科学历，持中级或以上职称。

2、熟悉机电的工程设计、施工及验收规范；熟悉有关专业的报批程序及具备相关经验，对综合管线有独到见解，熟悉各机电设备性能。

3、良好沟通协调能力；熟练掌握各种办公软件、CAD等建筑办公软件。

（条件稍逊者可以应聘高级机电经理）。
