职位描述
Japanese market development support
? 1. Monitor the Outsourcing operation for Japanese products to ensure quality and delivery
? 2. Coordinate with sales, quality, production department and vendor to manage the day to day Japanese products production to ensure production scheduling and quality
? 3. Push internal and external parties to find out solutions to solve quality issues and follow up result
? 4. Support sales to develop customer through product development work & analysis reports
Outsourcing operation monitoring
? 1. Supervise and manage outsourcing production line to monitor processes and performance
? 2. Work with QA team for outsourced products test projects
? 3. Establish procedures, guidelines and control system to maintain the outsourcing operational system
? 4.Define and implement test strategies and plans for the outsourced products
? 5.Suggest best practice to ensure the outsourced products to deliver effective and efficient
? 6. Assesse needs and opportunities for new products through research and feasibility analysis
? 7. Conduct sample making and revision, as well as the quality evaluation and lab approval
? 8.Prepare analysis reports for management review
? 9.Supplier evaluation and management
? 10.Coordination with vendors/ factories for business negotiation
ISMS
? To ensure understanding and following the Information Security Policies and Procedures
To Carry out the related responsibilities authorized by Information Security Policies
Profession Competency:
1. Over 3 years working experience in Packaging Industry quality and lab testing management
2. Experience in customer complaints disposal
3. Knowledge & experience at project management will be a preferable
4. Be able to work independently
5. Excellent coaching and communication & interpersonal skills
6. Good coordination skill
7. Good at English (Reading & Written; Oral will be a preferable)
8. Self-motivated and target driven
Management Competency:
1.Able to make good and rational decision under less information
2.Capable of good analytical skills
3.Good communication skills with internal and external parties
