Key Responsibilities:

• Assist PAM managing and growing a portfolio of top-tier China industrial customers within China corporate banking;
• Closely working with PAM responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of the Citi network, lead client initiatives and bridge the geographic coverage gap between PAMs and the in-country SAMs.
• Assume a proactive role in attending to existing customers’ banking needs, actively originate and drive new business leads, and execute deals under well-defined account strategies;
• Maintain and deepen existing client relationship by providing market-leading solutions and grow client portfolio in bank’s target market;
• Assist PAM to pushing through credit approvals; leading and driving the client close transactions independently;
• Lead and coordinate product partners to identify, structure and deliver bespoke solutions across the product universe,
• Achieve service excellence in order to maximize cross-selling and account return;
• Co-work with Operation, compliance, Risk and other relevant functions to ensure transactional smoothness, compliance, and a healthy risk profile of portfolio;
• Back up PAM when needed.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Demonstrate in-depth and broad product expertise, in particular those with more complex characteristics: Capital Markets, Fixed Income and Derivatives, Export Agency Financing, and other Structured Financings
• Good understanding of Citi culture.
• Self-starters who are willing to OWN, LEAD and DRIVE the Corporate Banking client relationship
• Product versatility desired across Risk, Capital Markets and Flow products
• Experience in dealing with multiple geographies while working in coverage positions would be a plus.
• Overall banking (CIB) experience of at least 5-8 years.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience
