1、负责集团各品牌的品牌定位宣传推广，制定并执行公司各品牌年度执行方案，并能够有效管理预算及效果；

2、根据公司市场推广目标及要求，负责线上全渠道推广活动策划并监督执行；

3、负责线上品牌及产品推广，包括抖音，小红书等平台产品种草；

4、制定以营销结果为导向的媒介投放策略与方案，协调组织和资源，并跟进实施；

5、探索新的生意模式，不断找到生意发展的突破点；

6、资源整合多品牌资源，将集体各部门各品牌的投入产出***化。
