Job Description:

Management

strenthen team's capability to support internal clients' business growth plan
evelop and regularly review team members' individual careea development plan
timely provide coaching & feedback to improve / enhance team members' management skills and professional skills
enhance supplier management by implementing vendor score card and supplier assessment


Procurement

protect company interest by increasing contract coverage with suppliers. Promote Maxim's corporate social responsibility initiatives
partner with Business Unit and suppliers in driving product innovation, improving material quality, reducing total cost and fully complianting with all food safety regulations


Customer Service

support Business Unit's growth plan by meeting their requirements for new store opening / existing store renovation.
enhance the communication between the internal clients, procurement and suppliers to increase the service level.
maintenance of a world class service for call handling and fault resolution
partner with business unit on support needs and collect feedback on performance


Qualification:

University graduate
6-8 years of food sourcing and purchasing in Chinese restaurents
high integrity
high degree of intellectual curiosity
good personality and positive can-do attitude
good command of English and Chinese
strong leadership skills
rich experience in managing the related
implementing and elevating customer service metries.
Managing client complaints efficiently and effectively
