岗位职责：

1.根据总部和校区的教学计划，协助学科带头人开展教材研发、教务统筹工作

2.协助教师实施学生管理，包括出勤、早读、学习纪律等，发现异常情况及时上报并跟进处理；

3.积极与学生和家长沟通，解答有关学习问题，辅导学生提高学科成绩；

4.参与线上课程项目，对客户咨询的问题和意见进行汇总并解答，介绍教学模式、学科考试管理规定等；

5.完成上级安排的其它相关工作。

任职资格：

1.本科或以上学历，师范、教育类专业毕业；

2.掌握学科教学知识，具有基础教学功底，持有教师资格证优先考虑；

3.语言表达能力强，国语标准，诚信意识和责任心强烈；

4.具备刻苦的工作和学习精神，亲和力，乐于与学生和家长沟通；

5.遵纪守法、品行端正，无不良嗜好。

晋升路线：教师助理→初级教师→中级教师→高级教师→学科带头人→教学总监/校区总监
