岗位职责：

    

1.  全面负责财务部的运作管理，监督会计、出纳等职能组别完成工作任务；

    

2.  协助公司制定财务管理方面的工作制度和流程规定，并监督执行；

    

3.  按照公司要求进行财务预算、严格执行收支管理、控制成本，定期检查和分析工作情况；

    

4.  独立处理会计全盘账及税务申报，编制有关统计报表和分析报告，按时提交；

    

5.  按时办理税务变更及汇算清缴工作，关注工商、税务等政策法规及办事流程；

    

6.  复核月度工资及绩效奖金核算情况，协调处理有关问题，确保准时发放；

    

7.  定期检查库存现金和银行存款账目明细，定期组织资产清查盘点；

    

8.  完成公司安排的其它相关工作。

    

任职要求：

    

1.   本科或以上学历，财务管理、会计类相关专业毕业，具有中级职称及会计从业资格证；

    

2.   5年以上本职工作经验，具有全面的财务管理专业知识以及扎实的操作能力，能高效完成本职工作、独立判断和处理突发问题；

    

3.   熟悉国家财税法规和有关管理要求，熟悉操作一般纳税人税控系统，具有丰富的财会项目分析处理经验；

    

4.   精通用友、金蝶、SAP等财务管理软件，熟悉操作WORD、EXCEL、PPT等办公软件；

    

5.   具备较强的书面、口头表达和沟通协调能力，思维逻辑清晰，能承受一定的工作压力；

    

6.   具备良好的职业道德，忠于职守、廉洁奉公、遵纪守法。
