Job Overview

This position is working on Material planning/buying to get the materials supplying fulfillment and to best service our production planning as well. (Electronic materials and Equipment purchasing)

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Managing electronic materials or Equipment, miscellaneous purchasing

And Own and drive key service metrics that include materials Supplying On time delivery and Lead-time goals

2. Work with vendor directly for materials purchasing order to get on time and in time delivery to meet production planning.

3. Strategically plan, manage and monitor inventory to align with overall service and cost objectives;

4. Initiate and drive improvement projects to achieve year over year improvement in service, productivity and inventory (E&O).

5. Provide a good & professional service to internal & external customers

6. To do a best CPFR in a world wide area to meet urgent order or rush order to support production planning to provide the best delivery date to customer as well.

Job Qualifications

·Education or professional qualification

1. Bachelor's degree in related field if possible;

2. Good command in written and spoken English;

3. Proficient in lean manufacturing and good knowledge in Enterprise Lean Sigma;

4. Computer knowledge especially in Excel & Power Point;

5. Strong problem-solving ability.

·Working Experience

At least 3 years relevant experience in Planning, managing capacity in a high volume high mix manufacturing environment is preferred.

·Skill requirement (soft skills and technical skills)

1. Good at communication, negotiation & cooperation;

2. Proficient in MPR or DRP.
