Responsibilities:

-Ensure collection and issue receipt on time.

-Ensure high-quality and monitor processing on tax invoice issue comply with the tax law.

-Ensure all outingstanding able to receive whinin credit term.

-Prepare and complete AR daily closing reports for South China.

-Able to answer and handle the enquiry related to Account receivable.

-Support Accounts Receivable staffs on a daily basis and train new team member.

-Ensure all team members follow the accounting principles.

-Other jobs assigned by financial manager.

Requirements:

-Proven work experience as an Senior Accounts Receivable Supervisor or Supervisor.

-Familiarity with advanced formulas in MS Excel.

-Team management and negotiation skills.

-Good command in oral and written English.

-Strong sense of resposibiliy.

-Problem-solving attitude.

-College degree or above in Accounting or Finance.
