岗位职责:

School nurse who provide medical and first aid assistance to various members of a community. This role is the source of medical and disease information to the community. They work closely with school administrators and faculty to create a health safe environment to prevent potential risk of injury and deal with minor injury, provide common disease assessment, triage, referral and maintain the medical record in school system.

The nurse who worked in school setting shall be independent practice than offered in a hospital or clinic setting. She shall provide preventative health services, identifies problems and provides case finding, provide health education based on the needs; screenings for vision, hearing, scoliosis, understanding child growth and development; promote and assists in control of communicable disease; serve as a health liaison between home, school and community; works with school personnel, parents, students and community.

As part of the BJC and home health services, school nurse play very important role in the community. We are looking forward to the one whom has passion in population health and public health prevention program with us. You will be the pioneering of the project and be sure to gain different nursing knowledge and skills which will enhance your career development.

Currently we had several school in deep cooperation with us, we are looking forward to seek more nurses who is showing the interested in school population health management. We worked as one team for the project and now we had 8 nurses with us for this project.
