ABOUT YOUR ROLE 职位描述

Lead an automation QC team to manage the end to end testing process for automation items from item set up to order process and manufacture process; Drive the team to demonstrate consistency in all procedures and maintain a high degree of accuracy, efficiency, and flexibility to internal and external customers.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE 工作职责:

● Lead the automation QC team to conduct daily End to End(E2E) testing for automation items.

● Oversee the team on the completeness and accuracy of E2E testing for automation items by cooperating with cross functional department (GPD, Automation, Commercial) 

● Drive the team to provide timely delivery and accuracy of automation E2E testing.

● Oversea the team is operating at the highest level with the right process, prioritization, and workload balance.

● Lead all kind of daily operation within the team, motivate, coach and develop team members for achieving service reliability and quality targets.

● Manage the team for the execution of organization strategies and plans, and deliver highest efficient service to internal/ external customers.

● Lead internal team and collaborate with other team to define and establish efficient processes and standardize best practices to ensure the team is performing highest efficiency and quality.

● Initiate improvement plan and drive continuous improvement on E2E testing process.  

● Support managers to build E2E QC team process and drive the Variable Data strategy implementation.

● Communicate with all stake holders to ensure the requests are properly understood and the action plans are clear for all parties

● Ensure all team members are properly trained and have clear instructions on daily work.

● Regularly evaluate the performance and provide suitable development to the team

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU 职位要求:

● Minumum 4 years related working experience in Variable data / Automation / Computer/ IT /Printing /Quality Control with at least 1 years team management experience. 

● Solid analytical skills and logical thought processes

● Outstanding problem solving skill and the ability to define improving area and drive the improvement on process and quality

● Good command of English in writing and speaking.

● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in managing internal and external party.

● Strong ability to organize and coordinate people and resources for implementation of plan and process

● Ability to work under high pressure, manage multiple task against tight deadlines and deal with challenges in a professional and calm manner.

● Proficient computer skills, good Skills in EXCEL is an advantage

● Knowledge of systems, workflows and variable data  is an advantage
