FINANCE ASSISTANT

Full Time/Intern, Per Direct, Guangzhou

Responsibilities

岗位职责

1. Assist supervisor with daily accounting work, including booking entries.
   协助主管完成日常事务性工作，协助录入会计分录
2. Expense log and reimbursement.
   登记公司的费用日记账和报销管理
3. Weekly collect hours of designer and determine productivity and billable hours.
    协助项目的成本计算
4. Accounting voucher's filing and management.
   协助财会文件的准备、归档和保管

Requirement

任职资格

1. College graduation, Major in accounting or finance
   大专以上学历，会计、财务管理等相关专业。具备会计从业资格，有财会工作经验者优先；
2. Good command of written and spoken English (CET 4 or above)
   英语4级以上
