职位职责主要有以下内容：

1、负责总体学生档案的构建监管；

2、负债跟进总体学生的课后作业情况及家长反馈；

3、负责总体学生考试指导和学习指导以及制定VIP学生的测试计划并实施。

4、管理并带领助教团队服务有序以及进行更好的发展

学通需要您可以满足下几点：

1、80后，形象气质佳，经验丰富、认真负责，耐心仔细，本科及以上学历，雅思7分以上，海外研究生优先考虑；

2.必须有有相关国际课程或托福雅思，GRE，SAT工作经验两年以上

3、具有较强的亲和力和责任心，较强的总结和沟通能力，以及良好的沟通能力、

执行力和协调能力；

4、能够熟练使用Office等办公软件及办公系统。
