Job Accountabilities / Tasks
1.Handle full set booking (includes receiving, checking, verifying & releasing)
2.Handle full set master BL (from preparation to release)
3.Timeliness & accuracy of systems update, reporting and documentation
4.Close co-ordination with carriers to ensure space & equipment availability
5.To ensure close co-ordination with our global offices, local customers, as well as clients to
secure their full satisfaction read & reply daily enquiries (by e-mail, fax or phone)
6.To ensure the operation & documentation procedures comply with the requirements stated
in Corporate / Regional CSV Procedure
7.Constantly evaluate job descriptions with his/her Supervisor
8.Support Sales under Team Pair set up; Sell OceanPlus biz to customers
9.Follow up outstanding payment/long idling shipments close. Report development to
supervisor on time
10. read & reply daily enquiries (by e-mail, fax or phone)

Requirements:
- College or university graduates.
- At least one or above year of relevant experience.
- Good experience and knowledge in managing International logistics shipments
- Ability to comment on customers' operation guides, plan and set up working procedures
- Able to lead a team to implement procedures and deliver satisfactory services
- Detail-minded, organized, proactive, helpful, friendly and able to work under pressure and workload
- Good written and spoken English, good understanding and communication skill
