1.  Mainly responsible for USA & Europe retail team's hiring; 

2.  Manage recruitment processes by working closely with Hiring Managers, HR Partners and candidates, including Pre-

     screening, Interview Scheduling, Offering and the Pre-Employment process etc. 

3.  Candidates' sourcing via different channels and evaluation;

4.  Ensure talent supply by driving talent pipelining programs and talent pool enlargement initiatives

     to shorten cycle time;

5.  Expand new creative channel to ensure candidates sourcing channel is most effective and efficient;

6.  Work with vendor together for professional mapping and talent intelligence report providing;

7.  Promote APM company brand in sourcing process, act as ambassador for external candidates; 

8.  Other project based assignment;

 

Job Complexity

1.  Multi-tasking with prioritization to meet tight deadline; 

2.  Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration Management or related major;

3.  3+ years in various HR functions, especially in recruitment;

4.  Counseling, interpersonal, and communication skills required;

5.  Fluent oral and written French & English;

6.  Experience in Head Hunter or in house Hunter preferred
