1. Aggressively pursue all solar opportunities, including bulk gas, onsite, process gas, and engineering.
2. Develop and present business comprehensive proposals for customer with the support of the Business Unit and functional groups.
3. Set up solar customer development plan in north China.
4. Develop relationship mapping plan to include all decision makers, influencers, and senior management.
5. Maintain the existing customer and identify/follow up the its expansion opportunities;

1. Technical Sales is a must, 5years working experience and more than 3 years in semiconductor industry;
2. Business acumen and autonomy and able to work under pressure;
3. Must be able to work in a matrix organization; results oriented; self starter; willing learning
4. Travel in working territory is typical and routine;
5. Excellent English communication skills and presentation capabilities; PC applications.
6. Driving Skill is preferred.
