Position Responsibilities

• Support the project of Total Rewards Portal termination, including but not limited to the tasks:

  • Draft and translate the Compensation and Benefits related articles to be published on D-tools HR

  • Review the other impacted policies and procedures, i.e. Employee Policy Manual

  • Manage the update of Compensation and Benefits related article on D-tools HR in a timely manner, make sure all the C&B related content is up-to-date

• Support the Workday APAC Localization Project

• Support re-launch of Total Rewards Statement for China employees, drive awareness of this valuable tool among employees where they can view their individualized total rewards offering details.

• Collect and maintain C&B information including market practices and government regulations; Obtains updated local market information and provide analysis report

• Support the administration and delivery of employee benefits plan including health insurance, risk insurance, annual health screen, wellness spending account program and other TWDC wellness activities

• Assist in salary and benefits surveys, conduct market benchmark analysis upon request

• Assist in C&B relate policy communication to HRBP and HR Operation team and ensure timely, accurate and value added response

• Partner with other HR partners and Lines of Businesses in conducting HR projects

• Assist in compensation planning including but not limited to merit planning, promotion planning, special adjustment etc.

• Prepares HR statistical summaries and metrics report

• Participate in any ad-hoc C&B project

Requirements:

• Fluent in Mandarin and English

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree

• Above 5 years of solid experience in compensation and benefits in a multinational or large corporation environment

• Demonstrated computer proficiency within a Windows environment. Strong MS Office skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, SAP, etc.

• Ability to effectively interact with multiple levels of management internally and externally.

• Proven ability to work in a complex and diverse major business unit of a multi-national company

• Service orientation and strong partnering skills

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Good team player with high degree of confidentiality
