1、开拓连锁超市、便利店等零售新客户，定时跟踪并与客户确定良好关系，挖掘其中的潜在客户，实现新业务的销售目标；

3、根据客户需求和市场变化，向客户提供有效、有价值的产品和服务，同时向客户提出改进方法及建议；制定、落实客户计划书；

4、完成销售数据库的建立，分析，对客户进行科学管理，并及时反馈沟通；

5、构建基础的客户服务执行方案，确保客户和服务团队有清晰的认识，提高公司品牌知名度和市场占有率；

6、根据公司制定的定价原则，合理管理所负责业务的利润率；

7、参加课堂和现场的学习与培训。

岗位要求

1、大专及以上学历，专业不限；

2、3年以上超市及便利店或相关行业销售业务拓展工作经验，熟悉食品安全原理、食品安全管理体系者优先；有酒店或餐饮行业销售经验者优先考虑；

3、性格外向、反应敏捷、表达能力强，具有较强的沟通能力及交际技巧，有亲和力；勇于不断迎接新挑战，能承受较大的工作压力；

4、良好的团队合作能力、学习能力。
