Arrowhead's starters, alternators, generators, and other mobile electrical components are available for overnight shipment, anywhere in the United States.

 

Department:  Supply Chain

Reports To:  Purchasing Supervisor, Shanghai Office

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.      Purchase order follow-ups.

------Work with Buyers to submit PO’s with suppliers and receive confirmations.

------Inform Buyers of any PO issues a supplier may have.

2.      Responsible for updating promise dates in ERP systems and ensure their accuracy.

------New order ETA from supplier confirmations

------Open order report updates

3.      Update Proforma Invoices data into ERP systems upon receipt from vendors.

4.      Creating reports as needed, SOP will be provided.
