Description:

1.Perform outbound calls to potential and current customer. Close sales and meet monthly sales goals in accordance with development plan.

2.Qualify customers' sales potential and plan activities to increase book of business. Analyze relevant customers for targeted sales campaigns and build a work plan to increase sales.

3.Communicate closely with trade and cross-functional teams on market intelligence, service updates, customer challenges and opportunities.

4.Manage the sales process with potential and existing customers to maximize the short & long team results. Build, maintain and manage relationships with customers in the assigned portfolio.

5.Monitor and report sales goals/targets/KPIs in line with company’s objectives.

Requirement:

1. Four years college or university program certificate preferred.

2.1 to 2 years tele-sales and or sales experience in the ocean shipping or related industry.

3. Fluent English communication skill both in writing and in oral.

4. Good knowledge about market, competitors and industry trends.

5. Customer oriented, out-going character, aggressive, high efficiency, good inter-personal communication skill.

6. Can work under pressure.

7. High sense of responsibility.
