岗位职责：

1、负责产品在微博、论坛、贴吧的用户增长，通过策划各类创意活动，实现微博、论坛、贴吧粉丝的持续增长；

2、熟悉各类裂变玩法，任务宝裂变、社群裂变等，对热点营销事件高度敏感，能够及时根据特点事件策划具有传播力的创意裂变活动；

3、定期监控数据，能够及时复盘，结合数据分析和用户调研，不断地创新迭代，制定长期用户增长策略；

4、对用户转化的各关键点把控，对用户的拉新、活跃，留存，转化负责，能够从漏斗数据中及时发现并提出优化解决方案。

任职资格：

1、本科以上学历，具备1年互联网用户运营、社群运营经验，有互联网科技行业经验优先；

2、具备用户、产品思维，能切实考虑问题，不断发掘问题并解决问题；

2、具备较强的学习能力，热点捕捉能力；

3、具备较强的团队协作能力，能够做好团队内外协作；
