About the job description

BD (Inbound & Outbound business) will be in charge of operational level Located in Guangzhou for consulting team and report to BD & Investment Director. He / She will conduct following tasks, including but not limited to:

-       Search for potential client from governmental agencies and institutions; Chinese companies; PEs

-       Identify decision makers and key influencers

-       Develop and strengthen a network of business relationship within ALTIOS ecosystem

-       Support BD & Investment Director to developer Inbound & outbound business 

-       Assist in the market study (research, trade fairs visits, experts’ interviews, store check, data analysis and report editing)

-       Search partners on behalf of our clients (clients, suppliers, agents, distributors, industry experts, JV partners etc…)

-       Follow up ongoing mission/project and daily talk with selected partners

-       Accomplish regular reporting to BD & Investment Director

-       Project Coordinator, liaise with other ALTIOS subsidiaries and communicate with the clients

Requirements:

-       3 - 5 years’ experience in a foreign company, leading a team of 3 – 5 persons. Working experiences in headhunter company would be a plus

-       Bachelor or Master Degree. Study abroad will be a strong plus

-       Computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Other software will be a plus

-       English: Professional Proficiency; Mandarin Chinese: Native or Fluent; French will be a plus

-       Knowledge on general Chinese market, good contact and communication skills

-       Team spirit
