1、负责商场店面形象、营运秩序、清洁卫生及消防安全等管理工作；

2、负责商场销售人员管理工作，包括形象礼仪、销售技能、销售激情等培训管理工作；

3、负责商户管理工作，包括日常管理考核、诚信建设等管理工作； 

4、负责商场租赁安全管理，包括租金催缴、异常动态监管、进出货的把控等；

5、负责商铺商品管理工作，包括产品质量、价格管控等；

6、领导临时交办各项工作。

任职要求：

1、学历专业：全日制本科以上学历，专业不限，综合素质佳；
2、年龄形象：28—35岁，形象良好、具有良好的总结及语言表达能力；
3、工作经验：3年以上大中型家居、建材卖场营运管理工作经验；
4、能力要求：思维活跃、具有较强的学习钻研精神、熟悉国内家具市场与行情，熟悉商场的租户租务管理、商品管理、物业管理、安全管理等； 

5、素质特点：具备良好的沟通管理技巧，具备优秀的谈判能力，有激情、能承受高强度的工作压力；

6、其它商业地产行业（专业市场）优秀营运管理人员亦可考虑。
