岗位职责：

1. 根据公司发展战略及各品牌整体规划，制定销售计划，并指导销售团队分解落实到季度、月度销售计划；

2. 合理规划销售资源配置，带领销售团队达成销售目标；

3. 负责各品牌销售人才梯队建设规划，针对性的进行销售技能等培训；

4. 负责门店店面营运管理，相应进行销售监督及评估。

任职资格：

1. 全日制大专及以上学历，5年以上高端品牌区域销售管理经验，奢侈品或家居行业优先；

2. 具备优秀的沟通能力、团队协作精神，扎实的销售管理能力；

3. 熟悉市场运作。

薪酬福利：

2. 管理具一定区域垄断性高端家具奢侈品牌。
