1、1年以上招商、销售类工作经验，有丰富招商渠道或综合型项目招商工作经验

2、普通话标准,表达流利,沟通能力强，良好的逻辑思维能力和行动力，具备优秀的沟通技巧、表达技巧；

3、虽然没有销售性质，不过也要有良好抗压能力，有挑战欲望，

4、性格开朗、沟通表达能力极强，有良好的市场开拓能力；头脑灵活，思维敏捷，具有较高的商务谈判技巧；

5、有良好的团队合作意识，客户服务意识。

6、熟练餐饮知识、招商流程、招商技巧、合同条款以及市场操作模式；

7、熟悉办公软件

工作内容

1、负责完成工作期间的项目招商任务指标及客户维护工作，为公司项目总结提供市场信息；

2、负责具体招商项目的执行、推广、客户洽谈和签约工作，负责客户商务谈判，办理客户加盟的各项手续；

3、定期向主管/经理汇报工作情况和客户跟踪情况，定期进行工作总结，提高工作计划性和有效性；

4、负责监查客户的意见或信息的记录及回访工作。

5、积极参与公司会议，并提出招商一线中出现的各类问题和建议。
