1、签约客人入住前、中、后的回访工作；

2、负责专属客人入住、转房，出月事宜安排工作；

3、负责与其他部门沟通协调解决客服问题；

4、负责专属客人入住手续办理，出月后结算工作；

5、维护良好的宾客关系，跟踪客户入住期间的工作及处理客户纠纷；

6、负责专属客人归档工作；

7、负责客户套餐内容物品的清点及回收

8、负责客户入住期间的查房，根据套餐内容跟踪项目预约和满月派对组织等工作；

任职要求：

1、普通话标准；

2、从事月子中心/酒店/美业类服务行业相关工作经验，优秀的应届毕业生也可考虑；

3、亲和力强，人品好，服务意识强，能适应偶尔出差，有承受一定的压力；

4、具有优秀的人际沟通能力和口头表达能力、具有良好的执行贯彻能力；

5、吃苦耐劳，诚实守信，正直坦诚，踏实可靠；
