岗位职责

1、主要负责公司的凭证审核，账簿登记，纳税税申，会计档案保管工作。

2、按照会计制度，审核记账凭证，做到凭证合法、内容真实、数据准确、手续完备;账目健全、及时记账算账、按时结账、如期报账、定期对账(包括核对现金实有数)。保证所提供的会计信息合法、真实、准确、及时、完整。

3、妥善保管会计凭证、会计账簿、财务会计报表和其他会计资料，负责会计档案的整理和移交。

4、严格票据管理，保管和使用空白发票，收据要合规范。票据领用要登记，收回要销号。

5、负责公司生产成本、固定资产、原材料、内部往来、供应往来等的核算及记账工作；及时清理往来款项，协助资产管理部门定期做好财产清查和核对工作，做到账实相符。

6、审核材料收发凭证、核对仓库收发明细帐，保证正确无误，避免财产损失与浪费；及时提交差异报告并提出改善建议；

7、严格管理和记录购货业务、其他往来的暂收、暂付、应收、应付、备用金等款项，并认真核对及时结清；

8、负责组织公司的成本管理工作，并向公司管理层提供各项财务报告和必要的财务分析；

9、制定、参与或协助上层执行相关的政策和制度，定期清查、盘点库存，掌握材料储存情况；

任职资格

1、财会、金融、经济、管理等相关专业中专以上学历，有注册会计师资格者优先；

2、五年以上财务会计或三年以上同等会计岗位工作经验；

3、熟悉国家金融政策、企业财务制度及流程、会计电算化，精通相关财税法律法规；

4、较强的成本管理、风险控制和财务分析的能力；

5、良好的组织、协调、沟通能力，和团队协作精神，能承受较大工作压力。
