Job Description/职位描述

1. Prepare payments and vouchers, including Fixed Asset, payroll, and other accrual expense booking, etc.

负责供应商和日常费用付款，编制财务凭证，包含固定资产，工资及预提费用等。

2. Prepare Plating production report and perform margin analysis.

月末编制工厂生产报表，并进行利润分析

3. Perform stock take for factory and retail business, analyze gain and loss

参与、审核月末盘点，分析盘点结果

4. Prepare Balance Sheet (BS) schedule, and review BS items to mitigate any potential risk.

月末编制资产负债项目列表，识别长账龄和非常规项目， 对有风险的项目及时汇报并采取措施。

5. Bank reconcile, company credit card reconcile

核对银行和公司信用卡账单

6. Work with tax department and accrue related tax entries (Income tax, and VAT surcharges, etc.

与税务部门紧密合作，计提相关税费

7. Assist annual statutory audit and tax audit with external auditors.

协助年度审计，汇算清缴

8. Assist in Preparing yearly budget & perform variance analysis

协助编制年度预算， 对差异进行分析

9. Handle ad hoc assignments

Requirements/任职要求

1. Good communication and interpersonal skills

良好的沟通和人际交往能力

2. Good command of English in both spoken and written

英文说、写流畅

3. 2+ years working experience in accounting and finance

2年以上财务相关工作经验

4. University degree, major in Accounting

本科学历， 财务专业

5. Good at Excel and Word.

熟练掌握Excel 和Word技能， （函数和数据透视）

6. Retail industry and Factory exposure is a plus

有零售和工厂经验优先

7. Self-motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure

有进取心，能独立完成工作， 抗压性好
