岗位描述：

1、电话邀约潜在客户上门体验英语课程，负责课程的推广工作并向顾客提供专业的课程体系讲解；

2、招聘、培训电销团队新人；

3、带领电销部门团队完成每月指标；

4、完成每月电销团队渠道数据分析，规划周/月/年季度电销团队邀约计划。

任职要求：

1、有团队或懂管理团队者优先；

2、良好的人际沟通能力，突发情况的应变能力以及强烈的销售意识；

3、一年以上的销售或客户服务经验。有同行业经验者尤佳；

4、仪表整洁、专业；

5、具有团队精神、专业精神和职业操守；

6、进取心、责任心、抗压能力强；
