岗位职责：

1、负责公司天猫店铺的管理工作，根据规划制定年度、季度、月度运营计划；

2、制定店铺年度、季度、月度运营方案及运营推广预算；

3、定期监控数量并进行分析：流量数据、营销数据、交易数据、产品管理、客户管理；

4、分析店铺产品品类的销售结构及在各品类的市场排名，制定对应的类目销售提升整改方案；

5、主导电商热销类目及产品分析，为公司提供合理化建议；

6、定期针对推广运营效果进行跟踪、评估，并提交统计分析报告，及时给出营销改进措施及可行的改进方案。

任职要求：

1、 两年以上天猫运营相关工作经验，能够独立操作店铺；

2、熟悉天猫的运营玩法和规则，对在天猫平台上如何打造爆款、提升流量、转化率、客单价有清晰的思路及实操经验；

3、擅长数据分析， 具备较好的营销理念、学习习惯和服务意识；

4、有很强的责任心及团队意识，能合理分解工作，做事效率高。
