岗位职责：

1. Responsible for the installation, management and maintenance of the company's operating system, application software, network, office equipment and etc.

2. Participate in the design and optimization of corporate IT infrastructure services, including but not limited to network and asset security, portability of access and etc.

3. PC hardware and software fault diagnosis, troubleshooting and upgrade.

4. Daily maintenance of company servers, backup of data, management of user account.

5. Creation and update of IT internal work documents, development of IT related specifications, standards and catastrophic recovery plans.

6. Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.

7. Troubleshoot issues and outages.

8. Upgrade systems with new releases and models.

9. Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies.

10. Remotely assist other Site teams.
    

岗位要求

1. Computer related education background.

2. Have a certain knowledge of route switching knowledge and network security protection, and be familiar with the basic configuration of mainstream Cisco, Huawei and other network devices.

3. Can handle common computer hardware and software failures independently.

4. Have windows server, domain management experience.

5. Good communication skills and the ability to solve problems independently.

6. Good oral and literacy skills in English.
